Condition of Returned Hides
To qualify for a return, the hide must:
Not have been soaked or rehydrated
Not have been cut, trimmed further, or altered
Be returned in the same condition it arrived
Once soaked, a hide cannot be returned.
Natural Variation Is Not a Fault
Differences in thickness, colour, markings, or shape - including natural imperfections - are inherent to deer rawhide and do not constitute defects.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued if:
The item is faulty, or
It has been damaged in transit and promptly reported with photographs
